How many push ups and sit ups should I do?

How many push ups and sit ups should I do every night? PLEASE ANSWER?

  • I can't take being a fat slob anymore. I need to tone up my upper body. So would 100 sit ups a night be good? When would I start seeing results? what about push ups? any other ways to tone up my upper body? Thanks so much!!!!! (: BQ: How could I tone up my legs WITHOUT jogging? like what exercises could I do in my house? I have stairs btw.

    Start with the amount of sit ups you are comfortable with. If you push yourself to hard you could hurt yourself so start small and work your way up. For you legs you could run up and down your stars for a bit.

Do it during the day, when you exercise, your body has a horomone that prevents sleep for about 3 hours. Anyway, do 30 pushups a set, do 3 sets. Do 2 sets of your 100 sit ups (one can be before the pushups, and one can be after). For legs do leg ups. Do 20, and do 3 sets. If you can't do these it's alright, just do, as said before, as many as you're comfortable with.

Just do as many as you can do without hurting yourself For upper body, you could do crunches, bicycle crunches, planking, etc. For legs, you could do squats, jumping jacks, step ups, lunges, dips, wall sits, etc.
