Weight lifting question, I recently injured my mid lower back (feels like a knife is stuck in there)..?
-
It happened when I was doing an "arnold shoulder press", light weights just warming up, sitting on a straight back bench. I have done this excersise many times and never had a problem. Should this excersise be done with a slightly declined bench and not a stright up and down one to avoid injury? Also anyone have a very detailed web site with pitchures and discriptions on all the weight lifting excersises? thanx:)

Answer:
Try www.ast-ss.com They offer descriptions, with pics for different exercises. Go see a chiropractor. You have a subluxation. I've had the same exact injury.
