i was 48 kg before some month but my weight increased so fast and i am 58 kg now, i m thinking of joining aerobics..does aerobics helps in loosing the weight?how much weight can it reduce in a month?

if used with a proper diet aerobics is amazing for losing weight and maintaining your body. If you do not diet it will get you in better shape but you will not lose weight.
