i would like to loose 10 pounds. what is the best and safest way to loose that weight? the weight is mostly confined to my abdomen. how do i loose that weight?

Throwing away the sugar bowl would probably help even more. The natural sugars in fruit are not fattening. Beer, wine and spirits are also fattening as they contain a lot of junk calories. You can't spot-reduce weight, therefore you will have to lose weight everywhere in order for you to see results on your stomach. As for how to do it, 30-60 minutes of cardio there times a week so like, cycling, running or elliptical. for your diet, eat a small healthy meal every 3-4 hours to keeping your metabolism high.but DON'T STARVE YOURSELF, that can permanently slow down your metabolism and make it hard for you to lose weight. To that person who answered to do a lemonade and cayenne pepper diet...that's not a good idea at all. that will really hurt your system! and you DEFINITELY shouldn't exercise while on that diet! you're body needs nutrition to be well enough to exercise. you need to work out, but only while eating the right foods.
