Answer:
Toning and flattening are 2 different things.. If you have fat to burn (flattening) the old fashioned diet (eating right) and some good cardio is the answer.. Get that heart pumping and the lungs working... Toning involves the muscles such as crunches, hoola hoops, etc anything isolating the stomach muscles.. If you have a layer of fat though over your stomach you must lose that before you see any real definition/toning in any body part.. :)
