What exercises should i do to make strong chest and strong good looking shoulders in 2 months?

    You should try Bench press, Incline press, Military press, Dumb bell Bench and incline. A very good one for shoulders is shrugs. To do a shrug, you hold the bar while standing up, your arms should be straight, and you just shrug. Try to put your shoulders in your ears. This one will do great for shoulders. Try doing 3 sets of 10 reps each. So 3 x 10. You should also try dumb bell Flys. Hold the Dumb bells at your sides while standing up and lift your arms(by your side)to where they are parallel to the ground(make yourself into a cross). Also try doing 3 sets of 10 reps each. you should also try Hanging High Snatch Pull. To do this you start out like you would doing a shrug, but just lift the bar all the way to your chin. On this excersize you will have to do alot less weight than you did on shrugs.

HEAR....there is no excercise that gives u result with in 2 months.have patience for an year and follow these tips: push ups,pullups,crunches,bench flies...(better goto gym) increase carbohydrate intake. have bread slices and banana before gym and cooked potatoes,eggs after workout. this will help to get strong chest
