Does anyone know of any good workouts?

Does anyone know any good fat burning workouts?

  • I'm trying to lose 15 inches in 15 weeks and I'm looking for some good workouts. If anyone has any, that would be great. Also, does this seem like a logical goal?

  • Answer:

Hip hop abs, is great! After the first 10 minutes, I'm sweating to death basically. You can defintey feel a burn after the first 5 minutes. If you go to youtube, and search for some of the videos they have an example workout that is 10 minutes long. Also, if you search under a few videos, you should find a 45 minute workout that is 45 minutes long in total that is a full body workout. I tried the 45 minute workout the other day, and after the workout I was completely exhausted. Hope this helps :P <3 Christina

Acai Berry juice or pills, SEX, stay away from Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King or any other fast food restaurant. Eat plenty veggies, have more SEX. Drink plenty of water like 8 8oz glasses per day. And did I mention plenty of sex as it is proven to be the most efficient way to burn off calories and fat.

If you have 15 inches to lose, then yes, that amount of time is very reasonable. My suggestion would be circuit training for your muscles (light weights with lots of rep for a lean, toned look), and interval training for your cadio workouts. Both can be looked up on Wikipedia for details on what they involve. If you have COMCAST, or FIOS, both have a number of circuit training workouts ON DEMAND. There are also a number of good programs on the FIT TV channel. For your interval training...running, biking, swimming, or shadow boxing would all work well. You of course, can go to a gym as well and/or get a personal trainer to help you out with these things. I'm just trying to offer as many low cost/free suggestions as I can before you go for that. :-) My advice would be to work out about 45 minutes a day, 6 days a week. 2-3 days of circuit training a week, 2-3 days of cardio a week, and 1-2 days of yoga or stretching a week. You can combine them however you see fit for your own goals. Good luck!
