How can I stop eating junk foods while working?

Yes, I am a junk food junkies whenever I am working on website or graphic projects. I notice that I like to munch on something while im working and thinking. Other than that, I don't have the craving. What do you think is the reason and how can I prevent it?

Bring a bag of baby carrots, or your favorite fruit or vegetable. Baby carrots are very filling and they are a great snack. Also try the new 100 calorie packs from Nabisco. They are also a very tasty snack and they are better for you as well.

I think it's just a habit that you developed...might've seen it on TV when the idea first came to you, right? I'd probably change things around my workspace (colors) and start chewing gum or something. good luck.

tryin emptyin ur mind of junk food then get rid of the junk food in ur home then buy stuff that r extremely healthy

lots of times snacking is a result of bordom or just being stagnant. try having a bottle of water around whenever you can and sip on it when you get the impulse to go for the snack. it makes your stomach feel fuller and it makes you drink more water that you need anyways. bring a sliced up apple or something else healthy that is bite sized and just as easliy accessible as a junkfood.

If you don't have the junk food around you, you won't eat it. If your impulse is to snack, why not try snacking on healthy foods such carrot or celery sticks. Try and relax when you work to decrease the level of stress which can instigate snacking. Another trick is to drink hot liquid which create the sensation of satiety.

i had that same problem but i started drinking so much water that i was full from the water and could not eat junk when you get hungry just drink something just not sugary sweets
