Whats the best excersice and best foods to eat while loosing weight?

I wanna lose as much weight as possible as soon as school goes back (in about 1.5 weeks) Whats the best foods for me to eat? And what excersices should i do .. i have a wiifit would that help? And whats a good snack food? any extra tips would be good :D thanks

swimming is brilliant exercise :) otherwise walk or jog around the block snacks to eat would be rice cakes and cracker bread other things popcorn is nit to fattening. neither is eggs and some packet soups especially the diet ones eat celery(it has virtually no calories) good luck i hope you loose the weight you want :)
