How much weight can i lose in 2 months?

  • Ok so, the school dance is in about 2 months (may 18th) and i already have a date. i desperately need to lose weight. i'm about 5'3 tall, and weigh about 160 lbs. would 2 hours of running a day help? and what about dancing? how much weight do you think i can lose by running and dancing? other advices on how to lose weight, would be much appreciated. Also, i was wondering if i should tan a little. i have really dark hair, big brown eyes, and my skin is pretty white o.O i was thinking of wearing a black dress, so should i just stick with my pale skin?

    You can lose up to 2-3 pounds a week. If you are a little heavier you can even lose more. If you don't eat healthy I doubt you will lose any weight. I would eat very healthy. Eat broccoli, chicken, fish, etc. Healthgy foods! I would stick to those three food diets. Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Workout everyday and give your self up 1-2 days of rest each week depending on how you feel. Workout 4-6 days a week. When you work out with either running or danceing do it for at least 45min. If your not use to that much excersise take it slowly, but do the 45min. If you need to walk instead of run do it. Most important is being healthy. eat right! You can do it. Two months is nothing. Just be strict with yourself.
