What is the best carb/protein/fat combination to burn fat.?

If you run every day, what you need in calories daily is approximately 30 to 36 times your weight in kgs. (36 if you're younger than 35.) Eat less than that number to lose weight. 3. Protein consumption is important to maintain lean muscle mass. Since you're not weight lifting, 1 gram per kilogram of body mass daily should do it. 4. Stick to low GI carbohydrates. The sugar in high GI carbs goes straight to your bloodstream and, unless you burn it off, from there to your waistline. Good Luck!

there is no formula. In fact we just talked about this in chemistry class and to start burning fat you have to be working out for at least a half an hour. Up until then your body is only burning sugars stored in your muscles but your body will slowly change to burning fat off your body and using that as energy after about half an hour. So the longer you workout without over doing it the better.
