Is this a good split workout?

3 day full body workout vs 5 day split workout?

  • wich is best a thre day full body split workout or a five day isolation workout ex: monday- chest, tuesday-back,etc... my goal is to loose 30+ lbs in four month and build lean muscles! sidebar,it will be combined with a healthy diet and aided with supplements.

    3 day full body workouts but remember to check your eating habits and dont use any other weight other than urs cuz thats what builds lean muscle
