  • Hey me and my friend have this bet going. The bet is that the person with the best six pack by june 21st gets 100 bucks. We have a couple of girls to do the judging. We are doing this bet in order to motivate ourselves because we really just want six packs. I am 5 11 and my friend is 5 10. In high school I use to be 240 lbs and my friend was 160 with a six pack. Now we are both at 212 lbs (friend lost the six pack) so we both want to get back in shape. I've been working out for the past 2 years and i just like being big because i played football and i really didnt care what i looked like as long as i was strong. Any suggestions on how to achieve this six pack? I do have strong abs already because i have worked them out the past two years i just gotta get my body fat percentage down so you can see them. Any tips on how to achieve this and an estimate on how much weight i should loose? Also does my friend have the upper hand since he already has had a six pack??

He probably does have the upper hand because he knows his body in that sense a little bit better. But if it is tone and low body fat you are looking for, start to change your workout program. Start doing higher reps and lower weight, as this will maintain muscle and also cut you up so to speak. Eat lean meats such as turkey and chicken more often than pork or beef.
