  • I am a young teenager and I NEED help!!! I have been trying to lose it for about 2 years now, and nothing works!!! NOT A THING! I have a SUPER fat belly! I have tried diets, cardio, ab workouts! Nothing works, and I'm not interested in any drug formula! I really need help because I am so ashamed in my belly fat! Please give me tips on how to lose it!!! Thanks so much! But keep in mind that I want it to work fast, and it has to be pretty straight forward! I don't know if I can handle something excessive! P.S. I eat really healthy! I don't eat any fast food or junk! All natural and low fat!

    You probably have pms. It's Orr menstraul syndrome. You get it before u have your period. This is because your hormones are all out of wack and crazy. So you should be feeling very moody or angry and sad and it's very normal. Believe me, cry it out, that's what I do.
