What's a good cardio routine to do at home?

Whats the best at home cardio to do with minimal equipment??

  • I have extremity weights 10lbs each for both arms and legs and I also have dumbells. I wanna get a really good sweat going on and something that will be really taxing on my heart.

    Well there are several good things to do for cardio... and if your looking to get a good sweat, then i suggest this: boxing is a very very good cardio workout that helps with stamina that gives you a very beneficial outcome, if you don't have a punching bag.... then try throwing your fists in the air as fast and as long as you can, over a period of time you will be able to do this longer and longer each time you do it, and what that will do is condition, stretch, regulate blood flow, and work your heart for an overall great benefit.

Thats easy work out with Denise Austin, I swear by it. She is the bomb. She is on everymorning at 6-7. Do it 5days aweek, you will see a difference in 3 weeks. No cheating!!!!

Indoor cycling. Great at-home cardio. It's even better if you have a bike hitched to a trainer as opposed to an indoor bike. But I think this would defeat the purpose of the "minimal equipment" part.
