Diet & exercise plan for a 14 year old please - 10 points please?

im 14 and want to lose weight. im around a stone over weight and want to lose it by January, but i need things to eat that are cheap and can get from the supermarket and none if these shakes that you have to ship over or cost loads. i just want a diet and exercise regime i can follow easily. i never get full so i need something quite big but low in calories and i can only go to the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays, is there any exercise i can do in my bedroom without spending more than a fiver or tenner on apparatus ? please can you lay it out as Breakfast,lunch,tea,snacks and drinks please, 10 points for best answer

Ok here are some things you can add that will help you to loose weight... 1. remember it is not always about the calories, its also about the quality of the food. 2. Quit soda drinks !!!! drink water instead :P 3. Quit junk food.. at least once a week never is better 4. Eat slow... This is serious it helps a lot it will make you feel full faster... for example notice how much time it takes you until you get full by the usual speed let us say it took you 20 min to get full... now get half of that food and eat it in 20 min..... you get what I mean? this seriously have helped me to get full instead of eating more just take longer eating.... 5. Eatat least 1 full vegetable than wait 5-10 min than eat your meal 6. I wont give you advices on exercises cause it seems you have covered it... maybe someone else is better than me in that :P the stuff I told you are things you can add to what ever your doing, they will help they certainly have helped me

sit ups,crunches,plank(search on google) push ups, skipping,hola hoop, running on the spot drink 1 8oz of water when u wake up to start ur metbolism, then 30 mintues later eat protien like chicken or tuna(i no its weird but it wokrs!!) use low fat mayo and any other drssings, for luch have salad and some almonds(will fill you up because they are prtoein) and for supper small salade , palm size of meat and 1 small amount of carb(u are a teen u need some fat) Protien Burns fat and builds muscle and keeps u full , but too much will cause u not to lose, hope i helped keep in touch, and tell me how it goes
