Hi the best way to do this is to get a full body workout that will increase your heart rate and burn heaps of calories. i dont mean just doing situps or walking on a treadmill either.When i say workout i mean weight training. Check out this website http://www.thesecret2greatabs.com for a whole heap of info on getting toned abs and legs, getting rid of love handles, the right exercises and even meal plans to get you on track.It also talks about how only doing crunches and sit ups is the least effective way to lose your stomach, not to mention cardio doesnt have that much effect either. Its quite interesting because the site revolves around a workout program that targets the WHOLE body, so in actual effect you work off fat from everywhere, while inadvertantly working the fat off you abs. I think you should check it out, its good for a read and extra tips. run/jog a mile a day, ride your bike, ab work out such as 50 crunches a day and if it gets easy add weight, sit-ups crunches, scissors, squats, bench, dung bells, and most of all eat healthy. I do this every 5 days a week and I am in really good shape and I have more energy. It takes time but u will get there. good luck
