Its pretty hard to get a full on six pack in a month but you can tone the stomach so the mussel outline begins to show. Its simple really what u put in is what you will get out your gonna have to start doing plenty of situps each day say 200 or something in batches of 20 or 30 or 40 depending what you can handle and you need to do this daily. Runninf for 10 15 mins a couple times a week will help tighten the mussel accross your stomach and keep the take away and high fat foods low cos the first thing the fat heads for is your stomach and ***.
