What is a really good diet program to get on?

How does anyone get motivated to start an exercises program and/or diet?

  • Grew up with no limits. I need to start a program and stick with it, not procrastinate.

    All I can tell you is that once you notice a change, it is easier to keep going. It feels good to look good. What I did: bought a new ipod and some cute workout clothes before I even started. The thing is, you have to commit yourself for a month, because it might take a while to lose some inches. Buy a new cookbook and try some new, healthy dishes. It might make it more interesting for you. Good luck!
