What does joint size mean?

When ppl say i am a size 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and so on what does that mean?

• how do you find out what your size is cause i am like a size 4 dress size but then i have big hips so i have ike size 8 jeans,,,, so how do you figure out your size messurements are 34,28,40 so what am i and what size are you?

  Well, here are some standard measurements for the different sizes, referring to bust, waist and hips in inches: Size 0: 31-23-33 Size 2: 32-24-34 Size 4: 33-25-35 Size 6: 34-26-36 Size 8: 36-28-38 Size 10: 38-30-40 Size 12: 40-32-42 So you might be one size on top and another on the bottom. For example, I am a size 6-8 on top, but a size 8-10 on the bottom, measurements 35-27-39. HTH : )
