How to get rid of sore muscles in my stomach quickly?

i had soccer tryouts on friday and then i had practice for another team saturday.im going to have another tryout tuesday&wednesday and if i make the team i will have practice or a game everyday after school plus my other team has practice later on tuesday and thursday and on saturday and sunday games...my leg muscles are fine but my stomach muscles kill from running,how can i get rid of them fast?or prevent them from being sore since i have to play everyday? thank youu guys(: p.s. im not asking how to loose wieght or get rid of fat.im asking how to get rid of sore muscles. i posted this before and it was misunderstood.thankss again for your help.

just get a good sleep....theres not much else you can do. Let your muscles heal themselves.
