Hypo thyroidism. What healthy snacks can I substitute for my one year old?

Please, I know about the veggies etc, but there are times when she wants chips and if I give them to her I feel guilty. Hypo Thyroidism is a condition where the thyroid is lax so it is easy to gain too much weight. What are some good tasting substitutes that I can give her so she won't feel so left out?

If your doctor is okay with splenda, some softened light cream cheese and a bit of splenda and a few drops of vanilla make a nice dip for fruit. And if she seems to want something crunchy you can place a piece of american cheese on a piece of parchment paper and microwave it until it's browned and crispy, it's kinda like a cheese nip, but no junk carbs. Frozen thinly sliced oranges were my son's favorite when he was about that age. Sugarfree jello and a little cool whip might make her day too (don't get mad at me if it ends up on your ceiling though!).
