The right foods to eat to help tone muscles?
-
Ok so I'm a 13 year old girl and I have been running 10km about four times a week. I've always had quite big muscles (inherited from my mum), but I would like to get them harder and more toned. Since I've stepped up how far and how often I run, I have noticed a change - but I think I'd be able to speed up the process by choosing the right foods to eat. Can you please tell me what kinds of food I should be eating and how much each day? Thanks :-)

Answer:
Fish, beans, nuts, turkey, celery, spinach, and no red meats and junk food. Drink lots of water as well. And also you should probabaly do some light lifting instead of just cardio if you want more muscle definition
