Hello guys. i really want to loose weight and am wondering if anyone knows anything about this grapefruit diet. does it work? does anyone have a success story? thank you

VERY VERY VERY DANGEROUS! Grapfruit has many good properties but only eating grapefruit everyday will kill you!

The grapefruit diet does work, but it is only safe and effective if you are also eating lots of protein and drinking a ton of water. A good protein is egg whites, which will give you protein with no fat, and the water keeps the grapefruit acid from upsetting or hurting your stomach. Good luck!

Every day's breakfast: 1 grapefruit, 1 or 2 eggs (first day 3) Coffee/tea Monday (day 1): Lunch: 3 eggs, tomatoes, coffee/tea Diner: 3 eggs, mixed salad, 1 small slice knäckebröd Tuesday (day 2): Lunch: 1-2 eggs, grapefruit, coffee/tea Evening: steak, tomatoes, lettuce, celery, spinach, cucumber, coffee/tea Wednesday (day 3): Lunch: 1-2 eggs, tomatoes, spinach, coffee/tea Diner: 2 lamb steak or a steak Thursday (day 4): Lunch: mixed salad, grapefruit, coffee/tea Diner: eggs, quark, spinach, knäckebröd, coffee/tea Friday (day 5): Lunch: Eggs, spinach, coffee/tea Diner: Fish (low fat: i.e. sole, tuna, cod, halibut, salmon), mixed salad, knäckebröd Saturday (day 6): Lunch: fruit salad (that's all) Diner: steak, celery, tomatoes, cucumber, coffee/tea Sunday (day 7): Lunch: cold chicken (grill), tomatoes and grapefruit. I KNOW thats its stupid and unhealthy. If you want to lose weight dont be lazy eat less calories and exercise. besides you'll gain it all back if you do that
