Has anyone done the lemonade diet?

  • I am going to start the lemonade diet in a couple days. I have all the ingredients that I need. I've watched people on youtube talk about it, about how they went through it and what they experienced. I'm not so much doing get for weight loss as I am for the toxin cleanse. I know it's not for weight loss, and a lot of people say you've gained weight back really fast because of the diet, but I'd like to talk to someone who's done it before because I have a few questions. like I've heard people say they had an upset stomach when they tried to eat anything while they were on the diet, even something simple like a salad. and I'm pretty sure when you finish your diet there is a transition before you can start eating again like normally, so I'd like to know how I should start back eating... should I do light meals? if you drink alcohol during the diet will it affect it? I am going to get the lemonade diet book too but I like to know some things from people's personal experiences. also I'm using organic lemon juice and lime juice instead of the actual lemons and limes as well as cayenne pepper capsules instead of the actual pepper

    You should ease-in to the cleanse and ease-out in order to not disturb your bodies natural digestive process. Easing In: DAY 1 Examples include steamed broccoli, salads, potatoes, & fresh fruits. No meat or dairy products should be eaten. DAY 2 You can use the vegetables left over from day 1 and put them in your blender to create a variety of different delicious combinations or make fruit drinks. DAY 3 The last day of ease-in should include consumption of around 2 liters of freshly-squeezed orange juice. Easing out is the same as ease in but backwards...day 3, day 2, day 1. It is best to stay away from canned juice if you can. The lemon enzymes are best fresh. Cayenne capsules should be fine as long as you know the appropriate dosage. I've done the master cleanse and lost over 7 lbs...also feel rejuvenated and it's led me to healthier eating habits.
