How to lose water weight?

  • Can drinking water help me lose my water weight? I noticed that my weight keeps going up and down like crazy each month. And I'll have what I call my "Skinny week" and "Fat weeks" My mom said that i was probably just bloated and that it's probably all my water weight. So how do I keep having my skinny weeks and have more of them than fat weeks? Does drinking a lot of water help? Are there any supplements or vitamins I can take? By the way I barely ever drink anything, especially water. I'm usually dehydrated a lot. But now I'm starting to force myself to drink fluids and more water than anything else. Is that good? Thanks for your help.

  • Answer:

The best thing I do is drink lemon water. Take a chilled bottle of water and squeeze 2 lemon wedges into it. Then put the whole wedges into the bottle. It's a natural diuretic, and won't dehydrate you. Do this and stay away from salt for a day, and you can lose about 5 pounds overnight!

Drink water and only water, thats all. No tea, coke, anything at all with caffeine or fake sugars. Drink at LEAST 64 ounces a a day, better to drink half your body weight in ounces. You'll lose a good deal of weight as long as you exercise and eat healthy. Nothings going to come without that.
