I need to lose weight as fast as possible , The exercises can be whatever, and i will starve myself if needed?

Hi i am obese like 203 pounds for a 17 yr old. No i am not going to go to the doctors office to get a weight loss plan,I live in Chicago, I need to lose weight soon. For 5 days i have been running on the treadmill only a mile though. I need some exercises i can use to lose weight, some tips, and i really am tired of being fat. Should i starve myself ? what should i eat? I have an air climber and a treadmill? Please help i am trying to lose weight without telling anyone. Thank you,Remmember no jenny craig or anything like that, but i am willing to exercise as much as possible

Starving yourself is the worst possible thing you can do!!!!! Do not I repeat do not starve yourself at all. I have a personal trainer and my best friend is going to college to be a nutritionist. So I will help you. I personally don't know how people let themselves get that big but I am so happy you are taking steps to better your life!!! Breakfast. Pick any two of the following Banana, low fat or fat free yogurt, a slice of whole wheat bread or bagel, oatmeal, kashi or another healthy cereal, an apple egg whites and tomatoe and spinach Snack: 2 or 3 hours after breakfast One of the following Handfull of almonds, a protein bar, a fruit, low fat cheese and crackers Lunch and dinner: Tuna with vegetables no mayo, any type of fish of chicken with brown rice, lean ham or turkey sandwhich, vegetable stir fry, Tips: at alllll cost stay away from cookies,chips anything fried soda and fast food. If you want to skip a meal skip dinner never breakfast! As far as exercise an hour a day should be fine. Do cardio and I would recommend buying some sort of exercise video and sticking with it! I reccommend jillian michales. Please don't take my advise lightly and good luck! If you have any questions dont hesitate to email me!

Do what i do. I eat many small meals each day such as a toasted bagel with strawberry creme for breakfest, a small fruit parfait (perferably apple) for snack, a salad with bits of grilled chicken lunch, a plum or two for snack and a small light dinner like pasta with sauce, parmazon cheese, and a glass or bottle of water.

Just continue to do cardio and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. And only drink water. If you get hungry before bed just drink a glass.of water

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Drink lots of water Eat healthy, (lots of fruit and veg) you don't have to calorie count or anything but stay away from sugary or salty snacks, because your body will convert it into fat. Also watch out for sugary breakfast cereals!!!!! Instead of lots of small meals through out the day, try and have about 3 big meals (breakfast lunch and dinner) and make sure they have a everything your body needs. (fruit and veg, eggs, grains, dairy and meat) If you are going to drink milk, don't worry about it being full cream, it has essential fats and nutrients that your body needs. For the exercise side of it, go for your mile run on your treadmill, OR go for a fast paced walk for 1-2 hours (it doesn't sound like much but trust me it works!) As silly as it sounds, go down to the local store and buy yourself a skipping rope, have a half an hour skip a day jumping along to your favorite songs. Skipping is great for getting your whole body working out. You could also try some sit ups and push ups for your stomach and arms, and some but and leg exercises which will leave you sore but do work. Also, make sure you get lots of sleep. Sleep does wonders for the body! Good Luck!!!
