How do you lose weight naturally?

  • What I mean by naturally is by no gym and especially no surgeries. I am 14, (birthday was last month). I'm also 5 foot 5 inches and weigh 170 pounds but I think some is muscle because I don't look like other guys in my school. The reason why I say no gyms and no surgeries is because I want to do stuff like cardie exercises like running and things like that. please help because help I don't want to feel like a loser anymore around all of my skinny friends. :(

unfortunately there is no magic recipe for having a great body but there are the things that you'v probably heard a thousand times like commitment and daily exorcise and eating healthy. but these things are a little hard to commit to, especially because the effects are slow. so do whatever to get your self to work out even if 15 mins a day and to eat healthy food (of coarse you know whats healthy and whats not) and be veeeeeeeery patient because natural ways are alot slower and alot better that unnatural ways. i make a schedule for everything i want to do in each day and this is an example of how to get yourself to do things on the long term cause written things are easier to follow than unwritten ones.

Losing or gaining weight is hard... PERIOD.. You have two options/ three One you can go on a diet that cuts off all the fun stuff to eat (which sucks) Or even tho u said you don't want to you can go to the gym.... BUT when I say go to the gym I don't mean run and do cardio kuz that sucks!!!! I hate cardio I'm sayin just body build look it up. It doesn't involve being tired/short of breath/during while you work out HOPE THIS HELPS!!! And good luck Oh and ps.. You will begin to fill you body weight out with hight in a couple years once you hit grade 11 u will be fine so you can actually just chill (that's the third option)

What do you mean no exercise? How do you think the human race has survived all these years? You should limit daily calories by 500-1000 by reading food labels and paying attention to serving size. For exercise, the longer you do the more weight you'll lose, but if you're a beginner you should walk fast for 10-15 minutes. Only 1-2 lbs a week is sustainable weight loss.

you're 14 bro. in 4 years when you're 18, 6ft tall and a good 180lbs., you'll be the stud of the school, laughing at all of your skinny, twig friends. don't worry so much about it now. if you REALLY care though. hit the weights not cardio.

Naturally, then u should go for few tips, in morning, drink mild hot water mix with one teaspoon honey or eat tomato with empty stomach, one or two after waking up in morning after eating walk up in house or garden, dont sit or relax instantly after eating food go for walk in morning or evening
