What should I eat to lose weight?

  • I eat very little as it is (around 700 calories a day) and I can't lose anything!! I was 120, but now I've climbed to 127:( I just want to lose those 7lbs. Every time I try to eat "healthy" and full healthy meals I just GAIN so fast! I need to lose it by prom! Which is in 2 weeks.. I calculated what I would have to eat each day on a website after I put in my weight and time I need to lose it by and it said I would have to eat 350 calories a day.....Is that right?? I've also already cut out sweets and everything. And I've read a lot of ppl who cut sweets lose weight, well, I haven't eaten sweets in foreverrrrr and I don't lose a thing anymore. I gained the weight because I got back into eating full "healthy" meals and I hate it. So I run 2 miles every day and cut the calories and still no change... Actually gained weight..(but that might be because I had a full meal last night because my family took us out to dinner://) I hate food.. :( I feel like I use food as a reward and it just makes me want it more. Nothing gives me enough enjoyment anymore that could replace it (._.) I'm 5'11.5 btw. (Please don't tell me I'm too skinny for my height, I know that and I really don't care..I like looking really skinny, I don't care if others don't find it attractive, because I do. Makes me happy:)

    Im 5ft 4 and 112 lbs trying to get thinner, ive lost 6 lbs in the last week and a half by eating between 300 and 600 calories a day, i dont have one big meal i have 3 small meals through out the day and have been exercising for 30 minutes every other day. Maybe that will work for you.

700 calories a day isn't enough for a human being to live and is a seriously unhealthy lifestyle, let alone 350 a day. This aside, the weight you claim for your height you must be incredibly skinny, I wouldn't recommend you try to lose any more, try to maintain the weight you have.
