How can I increase my stamina?

  • Football season is starting pretty soon for me and I want to be able to keep up with everybody else but my stamina is really low, how can i increase my stamina

    You should do interval training. It is the best way to increase stamina. Do exercises where you sprint a set distance or time, then recover for the same amount of time that you ran. For example, suicides are the best form of interval training. Time how long it takes you to do it, and then recover for the same amount of time. As you get in better shape, cut down the amount of rest time, and increase the amount of times you run.
