dont. trust me. i tried this and was sick for a month.it causes a chemical reaction called peroxydehydrogenization which disrupts brain cells and causes loss of vision. if you have done this contact your poison control center at once!

Never. You get burns on your gums and trust me they aint nice

Hydrogen peroxide is known to do two things, if used to often: it will turn your tongue/gums a blackish shade, and it will dry your gums out and cause them to recede. For a good mouth wash, use warm salt water. Sea salt is best. It works great and has a lot of benefits. Also, if you can stand the taste, try using baking soda with a bit of water to make a paste, as this is an EXCELLENT way to go. It will leave your breath fresher and your teeth cleaner. It is also less abrasive than commercial toothpaste.
