Why are my teeth turning yellow?
-
I never had bright white teeth like in the commericals but lately my teeth have turned an ugly shade of yellow. I brush twice a day and sometimes more if I eat really smelly food like garlic. But lately my teeth have been turning yellow. The only thing I can think of is that I've started drinking coffee more often about 4 or more times a week opposed to my 1 to 2 times previously. I used to drink a lot of soda but stopped. And I don't smoke. Is it the coffee and do whiting strips really work?
-
Answer:
Probably the coffee, and yes whitening strips work really well.
