there is this thing called bright smile (or brite smile, i dont remember). its this little brush of gel that you put on them that has peroxide so it helps the stains. there is also a center with the same name that you go in and they use a super version of the stuff and in like an hour you get really white teeth but its like $800 bucks. the little brush things are pretty cheap and they work fairly well within about a week
