How do you know your wisdom teeth are coming in?

I'd say they're just starting to come in. Have your dentist take a head x-ray like they do for braces, that way he can see all your teeth including your wisdom teeth. From there he'll determine whether or not you need them taken out.

It is probably your wisdom tooth. My upper ones came in ok, but the lower ones caused pain off and on for a few years till I had to get them pulled due to continuous infection. They may be impacted, which means they are "stuck" and can't move in past your other teeth. If this is the case, they have to be removed so they don't damage other teeth. A simple Panoramic X-ray at the dentist can confirm this. Don't wait too long since you can cause a lot of damage if they are impacted.

when mine were coming in, they were impacted--which means they came in sideways, facing my other teeth. so i had excrutiating pain in my jaw, and some of my teeth were out of line. the best thing to do, like you said, is see a dentist.

It'll hurt real bad but what your'e describing is probably your wisdom teeth..and mannnnn do I feel bad for you when you have them taken out... that's seriously the WORST pain I've ever been though that lasted for a week.

Yes. It comes and goes normally. You'll probably have to have them taken out. Sorry. Need to see a dentist to get a referral to an oral surgeon.

wisdom teeth come in like normal teeth do but dont wait do long to get pull out get pulled asap or they will hurt and give so much pain

wisdom teeth. i just had mine pullled last year. they hurt a little then u start noticing them coming in.
