Im confused about whitening my teeth with baking soda!?

you can use the baking soda either way...with or without toothpaste

Lightly moisten your tooth brush with water, then dip the tips of the bristles in the baking soda. Right before you start to brush put a cap full of Peroxide in your mouth and the brush. The baking soda has a chalky flavor but the peroxide taste like water. It will fizz up a little but that is a reaction to killing th bacteria in your mouth. I used to brush my teeth first then used baking soda, put the soda in palm of your hand , dampen your toothbrush then put toothbrush on your soda stirring to make a paste.

I do believe only baking soda alone. I brush with it alone first, and then the paste
