How can i whiten my teeth without buying products?

  • i don't wanna buy anything. i wanna know how to whiten my teeth at home. i had white teeth until i got braces and it's hard to brush my teeth with braces on. my classmate has braces and white teeth. i wonder how his teeth is so white.

    strawberries work as a natural remedy. just make sure you rinse after eating. or crest white strips..but that would be a product that you'd have to buy.

Take a Q-tip and dip it into baking soda and water. Use the Q-tip to "whiten" your teeth. Baking soda is the number one key ingredient for making your teeth white.

Brush your teeth as good as you can, and you should already have some peroxide around your house, mix that 50/50 with water and swish between your teeth, make sure you don't swallow any. That should help get between the wires and therefore, help whiten your teeth.

A Q-tip will do very little. Rinse your mouth with Hydrogen peroxide 2x a day for at least 1 min BEFOR brushing. It totally works

the most effective and the easiest home tooth whitening method is to use a soap bar. It is preferable that your bar contains glycerol. You can apply it to tooth brush and add half of a teaspoon of baking soda with a sprinkle of salt. I personally did this once-twice a week at most 3 times a week. You should not do this regiment for more than two weeks at a time and never back to back months. It may degrade the enamel. Your teeth will become brighter when you destroy or clean the dirty coat; this is what baking soda and dentist teeth cleaning method does.
