How can i close cuts in my mouth?

I just got braces and im misssing teeth so theres a spring and it cuts my mouth open and now i have abunch of cuts i use wax but i dont want to have giant peices of wax hanging out of my mouth at skool. How can i close the cuts in my mouth with out my braces cutting my mouth again?

Answer:
Swish with warm salt water a few times a day and it will keep them clean but I can't say it will heal them any faster. Good Luck!
