How To Cure Bad Breath?

How can i cure my bad breath ?:( its really getting to me?

  • since the age of 10 ive had bad breath , i floss , brush my teeth and even use listerine but the wierd this is , its almost like that bad breath is coming from my throat because when i try get flem out of my throat i can taste it from the my throat , my mouth is not dry at all and even the doctor said i did not have gum disease , i also get itchy throat like everyday ! and after eating breakfast i have a stomach ache but my breath seems to smell more when i do gargle listerine in the mornings, when i also eat the bad taste seems to stop for a bit and my breath doesnt smell , i really need help with that because i know people are starting to notice it more ...

    brush the back of your tongue every morning and night, and try and find some mouth was specifically designed for bad breath because my bro used to have bad breath but he got some mouthwash from the chemist that stopped it :) hope this helps x

Apple Cider Vinegar is supposed to be good for bad breath. "Braggs" is a really good organic one that you can get from health food shops. Gargle 1/2 tablespoon in a cup of water. You can add a pinch of bakingsoda to reduce the acidity, or rinse your mouth with salty water after to protect your teeth from damage from the acid.

Do you have reflux problems? It seems that the smell is originating in an area lower than the throat. This one is a job for the doctor.

You should try to get it looked at from a dentist or doctor, I've seen this on a talk show before, It's not your fault it's a Rare disease!
