How much does it cost to get 'invisalign' to keep your teeth straight after having braces for 4 years?

  • I've had braces for 4 years, and after I get them out, I do NOT want a retainer in my mouth. But instead, i was interested in maybe getting invisalign as another method to keep my teeth straight. How much will it cost to get invisalign in New Mexico, United States, and Will i be able to get them for cheap or for free, if I am on Medicaid?

    I have had 2 years of Invisalign. The trays are only meant to move teeth. They cause a heavy lisp for some. They have to be cleaned regularly and can crack easily if exposed to water that is too hot or cold. Now, there are Invisalign clear retainers. They are stronger and thicker than general 2 week trays. You can pay $500 for 3 per year...they send you one every 4 months.
