Extremely sensitive teeth, what could it be?

My two upper front teeth are extremely sensitive to sugar ahh what do i do?

  • right now the gums above these two teeth is inflamed and it has receded a lot. i have cracks in these teeth from grinding my teeth a lot but i jsut got a mouth guard. im afraid i have no enamel left on them and im so afraid im going to lose my two front teeth and im only 23!!!

hi im only 20 and have fillings in my front teeth, if you go the dentist and get them filled, Fillings can last like 30years so u wont lose your front teeth, and even if you do you can get crowns and people cant even tell they are crowns you will forget yourself ;-) xx

Go to the dentist and get checked. Sugary foods are very unhealthy anyways so avoiding them will benefit your health:p
