Is filtered water still good for your teeth?
-
I heard that at least 60% of all water companies in America put fluoride in tap water to help with teeth strength, and I know that bottled water doesn't have any fluoride in it so it's not as good for your teeth. But my question is: Does filtered water, like though a Brita filter, still have fluoride in it, or does the filter take that out as well?

Answer:
Yes, filtered water takes the germs and heavy metal out of the water. The only problem with the filtered and bottled water is that fluoride is also missing from it. You will have to use Fluoride toothpaste or fluoride rinse to get the anticavity protection.
