How do I put elastic bands on my braces?

If you forgot to put on your rubber bands for your braces what should you do?

  • For about 2 weeks now I forgot to put on my rubber bands for my braces,and my orthodontist gets mad when I forget so what should I do to catch up.

  • Answer:

    Start wearing your elastics at night. This is the best time to wear them because as you sleep you won't pay attention to the pain of the teeth adjusting. It worked for me ! :)

I also have to wear rubber bands and they told me I have to wear them and only take then off when I brush my teeth and eat so sometimes I just don't put them on afterwards. There's really nothing you could do so just wear them normally
