How can you stop your teeth from rotting from the inside out?

HOW DO I STOP MY TEETH FROM CRACKING??? HELP?

• im 18 years old, i few months ago i was raelly into Crest whiteing strips, i used about 3 packs of them, and was extrembly happy with the results which kept me going back to them, i have used whitething toothpaste my whole life, n never had a problem with my teeth, however i just noticed a huge crack on my bottom and upper front teeth, and it has me freaking out, because my teeth are super thin and sensible, im scared okay day half of my front teeth may just crack off.. PLEASE HELP ME, WHAT CAN I DO TO AVOID MY TEETH FROM CRACKING ANY FURTHER, AND ANY ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO MAKE MY TEETH STRONGER??... also any recommendations on a good toothpaste that wont rip off my teeth enamal??.. please guys i would really appreaciate your coments THANK YOU;

  stop using flouride toothpaste. dentists claim it's good for your teeth but it isn't, it's the opposite. they started putting flouride in the water a long, long time ago before they knew much about it. all they knew is it hardened tooth enamel, and the companies selling it used bad science to convince the government to buy it and put it in the water and dentists started pushing it to make money. it is not natural to harden tooth enamel, your body's natural state is is the best. i quit using flouride toothpaste (and filtering my tap water) and most of my tooth pain went away. i don't know aboutcracking, but i would thing something that hardens enamel would probably lead to cracking. also, stop drinking anything carbonated, it eats the enamel right off your teeth. i brush with plain baking soda. but there are flouride free toothpastes out there, tom's makes one (look on the ingredients to find the right one.)
