Jello shots after wisdom tooth extraction?

Hey everyone, I just got my wisdom teeth (Only 1) taken out two days ago (Wednesday, Aug 4th). I'm having the other one taken out when this one fully heals. It is now friday (Aug 6th) and I was wondering if it was okay to take a few jello shots at a party I was invited to tonight. I took my last pain meds this morning (1 5/500mg Vicodin pill and 1 600mg Ibuprofen pill). I don't plan on taking any more since most (if not all) the pain/soreness is gone. My left cheek is only a little swollen still. How long does it take for all the pain meds to get out of your system if I took them the past two days? I am aware that drinking alcohol is not a smart choice as my gums are still recovering so that is why I'm wondering about the jello shots. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

it will not get infected but the raw wound area may feel irritated.....
