How to get your teeth whiter when wearing braces, using home products?

After you brush, pour hydrogen peroxide on the brush and brush them w/ this. This is the main ingredient used in most of the teeth whitening strips, It wont work as fast or as white but i will whiten them slowly if you try to keep uo w/ it twice a day, and it will save you the $40 bucks that the store bought stuff costs. Also iv heard that baking soda will whiten them also try using both together when you brush.

Baking Soda works but I wouldn't whiten them while you have braces. I got my braces off like 6 months ago so I know how they seem to get kinda off white or even slightly yellow but if you whiten while you have braces when you get your brackets off there will be yellow squares left on your teeth. Whatever you use to whiten wont get behind the brackets and it will make your teeth look 2 tone.

usually, when you get braces off, the orthodontist will whiten them so dont worry too much. if you want a home remedy, try swishing with hydrogen peroxide. DO NOT swallow it under any circumstances and rinse your mouth really really well, but if you swish it around for a minute every day, you're on your way to whiter, brighter teeth. but really, it's like BAD so dont ingest it at all.

you should not do anything to make yor teeth whiter b/c if u do when you get your braces off the part where the braces were will be yellow and the rest will be white. it will look like you have yellow lines going though your teeth, and even if your regiular teeth (where the braces were) is not yellow when you try to whiten your teeh=th, they wil whiten unevenly.....

The best homemade remedy is peroxide with baking soda dissolved well, and even that doesn't work all that great If you have braces and do this, prepare to see small square stains on your teeth when your braces get removed. Just wait until they are removed, then use whatever whiteners you wants.

i have braces too. My teeth are a bit stained too, so don't worry about anything. Just keep flossing and brushed really good. Use that bristle brush and just go around your gums and all. Use that floride stuff, hopefully that should help a little. Trust me, it happens to everyone, and you won't get it all out. When you getting your braces off? I'm getting mine off within 2 more appointments. My next appointment is the retainor impression, then the appointment after i should be getting them off, I can't wait! hehe :)
