How can i naturally whiten my teeth?

  • It is complicated because i have a white stain on my tooth that is imbedded. so if i use the bleaching process it will turn whiter and more noticable. does anyone know of a way to just bleach it naturally like a chemicle or something. appreciate it

My dentist said to stay away from colas and coffee. Those make your teeth darker. He said use a straw to keep the cola off the teeth.

baking soda a water, make a paste w/ the baking soda and water and brush away, use this everytime you brush, to make it taste better you could add some peppermint extract :)

My father used to brish his teeth with baking soda. He would get a box he used only for brishing his teeth with, wet his toothbrush, dip it in, and brush. You do this 3 times a day, brushing like you normally would with toothpaste, for about 2 weeks. Do not swallow the baking soda, and be sure to rinse your mouth very well afterwards. It doesnt work miracles, but it really does help to whiten your teeth up. I try to do the 2 week thing every 3 months or so, and it helps to whiten my teeth some.

they actually have toothpaste with baking soda in it now. i think it's made by arm and hammer. if you're looking for quick results, it's not going to be easy.
