How to cure bad breath for 25mos old...?

• i have a 25mos old baby boy ..every time he wakes up in the morning i always smell his bad breath..why is this happening?He is too young have a bad breath and every night i always brush his teeth but still he has a bad breath..can you give me some advice on how to cure this?i am really bothered..:(

A visit to the pediatrician will be necessary too. A detailed medical history will be taken to rule out other causes. Once a cause is determined, appropriate treatment can be initiated. Often, simple home remedies may be enough.
