Should i use fluoride toothpaste or baking soda? (10points)?

Currently i am using oral-b toothbrush and now xyliwhite toothpaste which does not contain fluoride but has baking soda in it. Can i start getting a toothpaste with fluoride and a mouthwash with fluoride too? Because i brush my teeth twice a day for 2 mins and it is still slightly yellow. Is fluoride bad for you? For example: Can i use my xyliwhite toothpaste today and Fluoride toothpaste tomorrow and then xyliwhite toothpaste and then the next day fluoride toothpaste??

Hi Keylin, Well done self decision by self regarding fluorides../ yellow teeth... The usage of fluorides / baking sodas all depends up on many factors...specially age n enamel thickness, location etc.. In appropriate usage of these may leads to irreversible / permanent loss of teeth structures... Please always consult dentist then step further... Thanks Dr. Adiki

Try using one of those white strips that make your teeth whiter if you feel they are not as bright as you like. Or you can get it professionally done by a dentist. I would just use fluoride toothpaste though
