What is this white film in my mouth after I rinse with Listerine's Pre-Brush Rinse?
-
I use the whitening pre-brush rinse from Listerine and get this thick film in my mouth after awhile. Am I doing something wrong? Is this normal and does anyone else experience this?
-
Answer:
This is a chemical burn from holding the Listerine in your mouth for too long. Either swish for a lesser period of time, dilute it, or find a mouthwash that doesn't contain alcohol. If you are effective with your toothbrush and flossing you can probably do without the mouthwash altogether.
