What is the best electric toothbrush?

• i had a rotadent but it was crap because it broke down repeatedly. it had a lifetime warranty but thats too inconvenient to bother with. however the $20 oral b brush i bought is too hard on the gums. i need something that wont brush away my gums over time. what do you recommend?

  Although it is a little pricey, nothing compares to a Sonicare toothbrush. Costco has them for a lower than normal price, and sometimes your dentist can get you a discounted price for the purchase of a Sonicare. They also have different settings, so if one is hurting your gums, you can turn it to a lower setting. Once you use one, you'll never go back! :)
